Detroit…., that’s my home town, not where I was raised but born and lived until 7 AND GO EVERY YEAR POSSIBLE. This painting provides info as well as beauty explaining how important the city of Detroit is to not only America but the world.” The first mile of paved concrete road was done on Woodward Ave. between 7 mile and McNichols 1909. Hence the phrase and car show….Cruising Woodward !The shape of the city we the people allowed to fall apart, that has brought so much, the birth of the automobile, to architectural works and the music of so many artist, not to mention me and my family. This is serious to fix and not allow to happen any where in this great country again.
